About the role: Wellness Assistant
Wellness Assistants must ensure they fulfill all client services in a professional and efficient manner, with the utmost respect and care for our clients to ensure they enjoy their time & treatment with us.
All studio operations are to be in full compliance with policies & procedures. They adhere to, apply, observe and enact workplace safety standards; assist with monitoring and record keeping of spa sales, costs, timesheets and general admin duties.

Successful Candidates will be responsible for:

Customer service management, responding to customer enquiries and calls, emails & social media queries

Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers & management

Guiding customers through the studio and their appointment to ensure maximum comfortability and enjoyment

Front of house service

Appointment book management (Timely Software)

Customer accounts, packages & memberships

Product & service sales

Adhere to staff policies & procedures

Following the spa cleaning protocols to ensure high standards.

Responsible for studio cleanliness & laundry

We will provide full training on all services and the expected customer experience, flexible working hours, and complementary treatments for you to help you become a true expert.
We are seeking casual health & wellness enthusiasts, who share our passion for self care & holistic healing.
- Availability to work weekday evenings & some weekends if needed.
- Approx 2-3 days a week, flexible roaster.
- Lives in close proximity to the studio in Nedlands OR EVP.
- Ideally, it will suit Uni students, looking for casual hours.
- The role can grow into permanent-time for the right candidate.
